These Terms of Use (“These Terms”) are a legal contract between You and EUROSOM (collectively, “Everyone”) and govern your activity on EUROSOM’s websites, EUROSOM platform and other Tools.

All text, video, audio, data, information, software, graphics, logos, photographs and the like (all of which we refer to as "Materials") that EUROSOM and its subsidiaries and affiliates may make available to you, as well as any solutions which we may make available to you through any of our platforms, websites and other technologies (all referred to in these Terms as "EUROSOM ").

Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of our cloud and consultancy services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. Service Description: We provide a variety of cloud-based services, including storage, computing, networking and other technology services. The specific services we offer may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to add or remove services at our discretion.

Using EUROSOM: You are encouraged to use EUROSOM for personal and business purposes when you purchase EUROSOM solutions for use in your business (“Permitted Uses”). We hereby grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the Permitted Term to use and display the Materials only for the Permitted uses.

Your right to use the Materials is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your use of our services and any content you upload/streamed or transmit through our services.

You have no other rights in the EUROSOM or any Materials and you may not modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or otherwise exploit the EUROSOM or the Materials of in any way, unless authorized in writing by us and proven to the elderly. If we permit you to make copies of any EUROSOM while engaging in permitted uses, we require that you retain all EUROSOM copyright and other intellectual property notices as they appear on the EUROSOM.

Data Protection: We will take reasonable steps to protect the security of your data, but we cannot guarantee that your data will not be lost, stolen, or accessed by unauthorized parties. You are responsible for backing up your data and ensuring that you have appropriate security measures in place unless authorised by us or third-part to do so.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of our services at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your use of our services, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees and for properly exporting any data stored on our servers.

Indemnification: The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EUROSOM and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement by the Customer or the use of the Services by the Customer.

Miscellaneous. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be available or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Payment and Renewal: Our services are offered on a subscription basis, and you will be charged a fee on a recurring basis. The specific fees and billing terms will be provided to you when you sign up for our services. If you do not pay the fees as required, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of our services.

Ending Service Agreement:

We may terminate your use of EUROSOM at any time. Your use of EUROSOM will automatically terminate if you breach any of these Terms. Clarify. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with you, we may terminate, suspend or modify your registration or your access to all or part of EUROSOM, without notice, at any time and for any reason. You may discontinue your access to and use of EUROSOM at any time. EUROSOM Submissions:

Certain areas of EUROSOM (e.g., chat rooms, customer ratings, review areas, community and support forums, etc.) may allow you to submit comments, information, data, text, software, audio, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials, including requests for new features and enhancements (each, a "user submission"). You agree that you are solely responsible for all of your user Submissions and that all user submissions are considered both non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Further, EUROSOM does not warrant that you will have recourse through EUROSOM or any third party to edit or remove any user submission you submit, nor is EUROSOM obligated to use your user submission. user.

Intellectual property rights:

EUROSOM respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask that you do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate access to EUROSOM for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. EXHIBIT A

Exhibit A - Services and Pricing

Cloud Storage Services: EUROSOM will provide the Customer with cloud storage services, with the following specifications:

Storage capacity: As agreed upon by the parties in writing

Data replication and backup: EUROSOM will replicate and backup Customer data in accordance with industry best practices

Access controls: EUROSOM will provide the Customer with access controls to manage user permissions and access to their data

Service level agreement (SLA): EUROSOM will provide the Customer with an SLA, which guarantees a certain level of uptime and availability for the cloud storage services

Cloud Computing Services: EUROSOM will provide the Customer with cloud computing services, with the following specifications:

· Computing resources: as agreed upon by the parties in writing

· Operating system: as agreed upon by the parties in writing

· Tools: Tools which is harmless and free from virus related in writing

Data processing: EUROSOM will process Customer data in accordance with industry best practices

Access controls: EUROSOM will provide the Customer with access controls to manage user permissions and access to their computing resources

Service level agreement (SLA): EUROSOM will provide the Customer with an SLA, which guarantees a certain level of uptime and availability for the cloud computing services.

Pricing: The Customer will pay EUROSOM for the cloud storage and computing services as follows:

· A monthly fee for the cloud storage and computing services, as specified in the Service Order Form

· Additional charges for overage usage, as specified in the Service Order Form

· Taxes and other government fees, as applicable

Payment Terms: The Customer will pay all fees due to EUROSOM within 7 days from the invoice date.

Exhibit B

Exhibit B: Services and Pricing.

Cloud Storage: EUROSOM will provide the customer with a specified amount of cloud storage space as outlined in the service plan. The storage space can be used for file storage and backups. Additional storage can be purchased at an additional cost.

Cloud Computing: EUROSOM will provide the customer with a specified amount of computing resources as outlined in the service plan. These resources can be used for running virtual machines, applications, and other computing tasks. Additional resources can be purchased at an additional cost.

Cloud Networking: EUROSOM will provide the customer with a specified amount of networking resources as outlined in the service plan. These resources can be used for creating virtual networks, load balancing, and other networking tasks. Additional resources can be purchased at an additional cost.

Cloud Security: EUROSOM will provide the customer with a specified level of security as outlined in the service plan. This includes firewall protection, intrusion detection, and other security measures. Additional security can be purchased at an additional cost.

Pricing: The customer will be billed on a monthly or annual basis for the services outlined in this exhibit. The pricing for these services will be as outlined in the service plan and may be subject to change.

Additional services: EUROSOM may offer additional services to the customer. These services and their pricing will be outlined in a separate exhibit or agreement. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
